What You'll Learn
Shift Impact Sports education is built on a structured, sport-specific curriculum designed for athletes, coaches, referees, and sport leaders at every level. Learners engage with a progressive course model grounded in the S.H.I.F.T. framework, which breaks inclusion into clear, teachable components that can be understood, practiced, and measured over time. Programs combine foundational education with applied learning—using real sport scenarios, guided reflection, and practical tools—to move participants from awareness to action. Across courses, learners develop shared language, stronger decision-making skills, and the confidence to apply inclusive practices consistently within team culture, competition environments, and leadership roles. Education is designed to be cumulative, reinforcing learning across sessions and supporting long-term behavior change rather than one-time training completion.
Courses are delivered online and designed for asynchronous, on-demand learning, with optional live or recorded webinars for deeper discussion. Participants can complete courses on their own schedule, revisit content as needed, and apply learning directly to real sport environments. Organizations may assign courses individually or bundle them into a structured learning pathway for teams, officials, or leadership groups.
